Buying Turkcell Units / Minutes With Miles Through SMS

You may simply write THY through the Turkcell GSM line which is registered on your Miles&Smiles profile and continue with your Miles&Smiles membership number, the Turkcell GSM number that you want to load minutes or units and the amount of minutes or units in this order with a space between them and send as SMS to 5849 for free of charge.

If you request to load units / minutes to the Turkcell GSM line which is registered on your Miles&Smiles profile; simply write THY and continue with your Miles&Smiles membership number and the amount of minutes or units to be loaded in this order with a space between them and send as SMS to 5849 for free of charge.

  • The SMS must be sent from the GSM number that is registered in your Miles&Smiles profile. The GSM number stated on the SMS does not need to be the GSM number recorded on your profile.
  • The units you have requested will be loaded to the GSM line within 24 hours and the minutes you have requested will be loaded to the GSM line following the next date of invoice. Turkcell units is valid for all calls and other operators.
  • Requested minutes for invoiced Turkcell GSM line are only valid for  Turkcell GSM line to Turkcell GSM line calls.
  • There is no time limit for the usage of units that have been requested; however, the requested minutes must be used within 3 (three) invoice period as of the loading date.
