Dubai International Airport has three terminals, two of them in the same building. Getting from Terminal 1, where Turkish Airlines is located, to Terminal 3 takes about 30 minutes, so connecting passengers should take note. Terminal 2 is accessible only by apron bus.

Wireless internet is available in all terminals. You can use the credit card-operated telephones in the departure area.

Peak hours at Dubai International Airport are between 10 p.m. and 4 a.m. It’s a good idea to get there early if your flight time falls during this interval.

Both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2 have one health center each, and Terminal 3 has two. Passengers are treated free of charge at these centers.

There are two lounges in Terminal 1, where Turkish Airlines is located. In addition, C/CL and Gold Card holders may also use the Dubai International Airport Business Class lounge. All lounges in this terminal charge an entrance fee.

The Marhaba and Ahlan ‘meet & greet’ services ensure that passengers are met at their arrival gate and are given priority in passport control. For reservations, visit the websites: http://www.merhabaservices.com and http://www.ahlan-dia.com.

In addition to a currency exchange, small mosque and smoking room, the airport also offers a hotel booking service.
