Assessment and Solution Processes
- For any feedback that you have, a record is being created in the system, whose number will be provided to you.
- Our expert staff, evaluates the sent message with customer-centric approach, transparent, objective and within the framework of the principle of confidentiality.
- If necessary, the relevant department will be contacted to complete the research.
- Passengers will be contacted and informed about the result of detection and the process is completed with a 'customer satisfaction' within the framework.
- All feedback reports show us the way to increase the quality of service.
