By the date, 01 January 2009, Turkish Cargo has been officially announced to become associate member of C2K Quality Management System.

Approximately 50 airlines, remarkable number of forwarders, general handling agents and information technology providers have been involved in C2K quality management system.

Joining Cargo  2000  program  will  lead improvement of the  quality  of  air cargo service by minimizing irregularities,  enable better time management during transportation cycle and  further  will enhance the sustainable and reliable air cargo  service throughout Turkish Airlines network.

Cargo 2000, brings together some of the major airlines and freight forwarders with the unique goal of implementing a new quality management system for the worldwide air cargo industry. Their objective is simple: to implement processes, backed by industry specific standards, that are measurable and supported by data, thereby improving the efficiency of air cargo operation, enhancing customer service levels and reducing operational costs.

As a part of our global initiative, being a certified member of C2K Quality Management System will strengthen the whole chain of Turkish Airlines Cargo and provides the sustainable growth and increasing share on growing Air Cargo Global Market throughout the network by working together with her partners in the industry to attain predictable timely service and accurate data of tracking which will lead to ultimate customer satisfaction.
