The summer timetable has now commenced. In the course of preparing this timetable, our endeavour to provide you with new services has been the principal consideration.
In particular, we have increased the number of flights to the United States in response to the large number of requests from our passengers. In addition, we have raised the number of flights to Milan to ten per week, and scheduled two flights daily to Amsterdam. Flights between Ankara and Strasbourg have been introduced on Tuesdays. We have also made it possible for you to fly to Gaziantep from Istanbul in the morning. Non-stop flights from Istanbul to Erzurum are in the planning stage.
Apart from these changes, we have continued our fleet renewal policy, designed to ensure that you enjoy comfortable flights.

Turkish Airlines already has one of the youngest fleets in the world in terms of average age, and with the purchase of two new generation Boeing 737/800 aircraft, our fleet has become even younger. Named the Kocaeli and Nevsehir, these brandnew aircraft mean that we now have 24 of the 800 series in our fleet.
