Dear Passengers,

Mislaid baggage which does not arrive at the destination point is a problem affecting passengers from time to time whatever airline they might fly with. Despite all efforts made by airline companies to prevent such an occurrence, it still happens occasionally, since the sole cause is the human factor.
If your baggage does not arrive in the airport at the end of your journey, you should report the situation to the nearest official in the baggage hall. Tell him or her the necessary information concerning yourself in full, since this information will enable your baggage to be sought throughout the world and delivered to your door. In the event of its not being found you will be paid compensation according to the provisions of the Warsaw Convention. Please fill in your baggage labels completely, as this makes it easier to identify your lost baggage and return it to you.

Under no circumstances should you pack the following in your baggage:
* Breakable and perishable items (pictures framed with glass, electronic equipment, musical instruments, medicines etc)
* Valuables (money, jewellery, items made of precious metals, commercial documents or negotiable instruments, passport, identity documents etc)
* Dangerous items (firearms, bullets, chemicals etc).
