With the high demand of the summer season our planes currently are at their fullest. We are working hard to honor the trust you have placed in us with our competitive pricing policy, flexible flight schedules and improved customer services. Turkish Airlines is continuing its efforts to transport you to 100 domestic and foreign destinations in the safest, most comfortable way possible. With the discounts that we have applied to our ticket prices and the entrance of private airline companies into the market, there has been an increase of over 100% in the number of domestic flights. It is not difficult to predict that this will continue to increase in the future. It pleases us to see that comfortable 1-1.5 hour flights have begun to replace grueling 20-25 hour road trips.
In order to meet increased passenger demand and open new routes, we are expanding our fleet. In addition to adding 30 percent more planes to our fleet, we also plan to refurbish the older planes so that we will have a fleet of completely new aircraft.
