Experience fine Champagne and Orange Juice just after you arrive on board... enhanced by hot towels for your relaxation.

Then enjoy a wide selection of newspapers (until 17:00 pm) and magazines while our cabin crew are busy preparing a drink of your choice, alcoholic or soft.

In The Blue Skies…

According to your flight time, on short haul flights we generally serve a cold meal or cold breakfast service, whilst on middle and long haul flights for your main course you can look forward to two (for breakfast) or three (for lunch and/or dinner) choices of "International Cuisine" exclusively prepared for Turkish Airlines. Special taste sensations include multi-coloured Mediterranean salads, delicious French cuisine, Viennese schnitzels, Italian pasta dishes and many other delicacies.

For flights on the Mumbai and Delhi routes we serve 60% western and 50 % hindu hot meals for breakfast in in business class. For the business class hot meal service on the same routes we offer three choices on each serving (It is also possible to request a Hindu meal as a special meal when making your reservation, but please allow at least twenty four hours before the departure time of your flight.

Eyes, ears, nose, lips, fingers… our skillful natural senses bring us sensations, moment by precious moment..Feelings can change us and alter our state of mind. Our passengers' feelings mean everything to us, and whether you are travelling just a short distance or or are flying right across the world, you can be sure that we will have a number of pleasant surprises waiting just for you.

Extended Range Business Class Passengers

Turkish Airlines began to apply new concept ER “Extented Route” upgraded services for BKK,HKG, ICN, JFK, JNB-CPT, KIX, NRT, ORD, PEK – PVG, SIN destinations between 15.07.2007 and 01.06.2008.

Champagne, orange juice and a special mixture of champagne and fruit juice with a fruit stick (sometimes called an aperomix cocktail) are served as “Welcome Drink” choices. Hot towels are also handed out to BC passengers.

After distribution of the personalised menu cards our service begins with a welcome drink selection. 





Later we serve soup.















This is followed by a choice of seven types of antipasto or two types of hors d`oeuvre with side dishes – choices may vary according to the departure time of the flights.

For the main course passengers have three choices of hot meals, including Turkish Cuisine. Our hot meal plates are decorated according to specific standards and are served by our trained cabin crew.

A choice of cheese, fruit and delicious hot/cold/Turkish desserts are also offered.

After dessert, a choice of coffee or tea is offered and served with a range of liqueur and cognacs.

We have also not forgotten the coffee lovers amongst our passengers, and serve them our gourmet coffee range including cappuccino, decaffeinated coffee, hot chocolate, Turkish coffee and a variety of teas.  To finish, we will offer you our range of famous cognacs and liquers to allow you to relax and digest your meal.

For the comfort of our passengers, our amenity kits, including socks, toothbrush, eyeshades, etc. are available on all flights of 5 hours’ duration or more. Whilst lying back and relaxing you can listen to the radio and watch the latest movies…
