Turkish Airlines’ Central Europe CRM Meeting held in Belgium

As part of its Customer Relations Management (CRM) efforts, Turkish Airlines organized a meeting in the Belgian city of Brugge on 27-28 March to correctly pinpoint and meet all its passengers’ expectations.

At the meeting, the CRM team and all the Central European directors under the chairmanship of the Central Europe Regional Director set their customer satisfaction goals for 2007. A ‘Customer Oriented CRM Coaching’ training session for the Central Europe directors was held on 19-21 April.
