Turkish Airlines is Number One in customer satisfaction

According to a Turkey customer satisfaction index (TMME) recently announced by KalDer Quality Association, Turkish Airlines is number one in the country’s aviation sector with 78 points.

TMME assessed the aviation sector this year for the first time, providing important information about trends in customer satisfaction over time, customer loyalty and the related parameters of profitability and competitiveness. With 78  points, Turkish Airlines was 74.1 points above the Turkey average. Drawing attention to the importance of customer satisfaction, Turkish Airlines’ President Temel Kotil, Ph.D., expressed its great pleasure in taking first place in a statement he made on the subject: “We at Turkish Airlines have carried out several projects to enhance the satisfaction of our passengers,” Kotil added. “We review our situation daily and are continuously developing ourselves. I see these points we earned on TMME as an indication that we are on the right path.”
