Booking Classes not eligible for accrual: X, I, W, R
- Status miles can be accrued only on the scheduled flights operated by B&H Airlines.
- Miles will be earned based on the class of travel as stated in the table above.
- Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members can complete their check-in formalities at Business class counters(where avaible) on B&H flights.
- Miles&Smiles Classic Plus members have 10 kg, Elite members have 20 kg and Elite Plus members will have 25 kg extra baggage allowance privilege on B&H flights.
- Mileage redemption is not allowed on B&H Airlines flights.
CIP LOUNGE ENTERANCE
- Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members with one of their guest can access to CIP lounges in İstanbul and Sarajevo on B&H operating flights having B&H carrier code on the ticket.
- Miles&Smiles Elite and Elite Plus members can access to CIP lounges in İstanbul and Sarajevo on B&H operating code share flights having TK carrier code on the ticket.
