Ticket Service Charge Application

Effective from 01 APRIL 2007, for all ticket purchases ticketing service charge (Per ticket) will be as below:

No ticketing service charge is to be collected for the reissue (Rebooking, re-routing ) transactions made by Turkish Airlines Sales Offices and www.thy.com.
There will not be any ticketing service charge for the award tickets.
The ticketing service charge is non-refundable. There will not be any service charge for the ticket refunds.
The ticketing service charge will be applicable for all kind of discounted tickets except infant tickets.
For the connecting flights, the ticketing service charge amount of the long haul sector will be applied.
In case of fare class changes for both domestic and international tickets, the ticketing service charge amount for the highest fare class within the route will be applied.
