thy.com Enhances Airline Merchandising
A new functionality, "Flex Pricer Module", at thy.com has been launched today.
This new functionality called "Flex Pricer Module" allows online bookers to opt-in or opt-out on services and decide when they want to travel. Travelers enjoy increased visibility and control over the attributes that make up the components of an air travel fare. Different date combinations provide passengers more flexibility at different fares.
Passengers can also choose between different fare options and cabin classes according to their plans and preferences.
The screen shot above helps us about to understand the flex pricer modul in detail. In this example, our passenger has chosen to travel between Istanbul and London, leaving on 25th and returning on 30th of October. The best available fare for this date and flight combination is 537 TL. Flex Pricer modul offers the opportunity to purchase his ticket at 351 TL if he is available to travel one day earlier. Thereby, a less expensive ticket is presented to our passenger.
With the convenience, speed, transparency and additional options provided by Flex Pricer, availability and price searches on International flights will be easier.
