Türk Hava Yolları A.O. – Turkish Airlines, Inc. (hereinafter will be referred as “the Incorporation” or ‘’THY’’) was founded in 1933 in Turkey. The main fields of activity of the Incorporation is to perform all types of domestic and international passenger and cargo air transportation

As of 31 December 2012 and 2011, the shareholders and their respective shareholdings in the Company are as follows:
