Differences of Promotional Flexible Tickets

Cancellation / Refunds No cancellation/refund transactions are conducted; only the taxes collected are refunded. (BSU* and fuel fees will not be included within the scope of tax refunds.)
  • If cancelled up to 12 hours before the flight, all charges except for the Ticketing Service Charge are refunded.
  • In the event that tickets are cancelled within 12 hours of the flight, the ticket (seat) charges are refunded with a 30% deduction. (Including taxes, excluding BSU)
  • No tickets are refunded after the flight. Only taxes are refunded.
Change No change of reservation and bookings are permitted.
  • In the event that changes are made up to 12 hours before the flight (reissue) the price difference calculated is either collected or refunded.
  • In the event that changes are made within the last12 hours before the flight, 30% of the ticket price is collected and the price difference calculated for the reissue procedures is also collected or refunded.
  • Tickets cannot be reissued after the flight.
  • In the event that there is an increase in the reservation class and/or range group of the reissued tickets; a 10 TL Ticketing Service Charge will be collected in domestic flights.
Option Period Tickets must be bought within a maximum of 24 hours before your flight. Options are granted until a maximum of 12:00 on the 5th day before the flight, for all reservations made at least 6 days prior to the flight.
Options are granted until a maximum of 12:00 on the next day, for all reservations made between 5-4 days prior to the flight.
A maximum of 5 hours of options are granted for all reservations made between 3-2 days prior to the flight.
