REFLECTIONS OF AN UNKNOWN
CULTURE
As it turns its face to the silver screen, the capital Ankara is orienting itself to the east. ‘Images of the east’ is the theme of this year’s Ankara international film festival (14-24 March). The festival features a selection of ten films from countries whose cinematic output is practically unknown in Turkey.
