Information about cancelled tickets due to weather conditions

01 feb 2012, providing that their tickets are revalidated until 9feb 2012 (included),
disregarding of related fare rules :
1) Rebooking and rerouting will be made without any charge. The rule is valid also for the different reservation booking classes.
2) Refund requests :
- Unused ticket : Refund will be made without any charge.
- Used ticket : Refund will be made considering as involuntary.
- Validity of ticket can be extended until 09 Feb 12 (included) without any fare difference or penalty.
- Request to extend validity of ticket after 09 Feb 12, will be made according to (original) fare rules.
