• The mailed/couriered proposals in sealed envelopes prepared as per above specifications must be delivered at our following address not later than 02nd of April 2013 at local time 14:00 LMT İstanbul.

• Turkish Airlines Inc. will not be responsible for the late delivery of the proposals and proposals delivered after the closing date and hour shall not be taken into consideration. The tender meeting will be held on same place and at the same time above.
• All the -documents as per the request of technical and administrative specs should be submitted either in originals or in notarized copies.
• Technical and Administrative specifications can be reviewed at or obtained from the address specified above.
