Osaka familiarization tour
An Osaka Fam Trip was organized from 14 to 19 October this year in a joint effort by Turkish Airlines’ Tokyo Office and Istanbul Department of Sales Growth, with contributions by Kansai International Airport officials, the Kishimoto Municipality, the Osaka Chamber of Commerce, and Wakayama Regional Province.
At a workshop held on 16 October, Japan’s leading tourism companies and agents had an opportunity to meet agents from Istanbul and hold talks aimed at developing tourism between the two countries. The fam trip, which enabled the two countries’ largest tourism firms to exchange information and ideas, was also an important opportunity for boosting the tourist traffic between them.
