Turkish Airlines takes best customer award
Following an assessment made on 1st November by the Rumanian Air Traffic Services Administration (Romatsa) regarding the use of Rumanian air space, Turkish Airlines was chosen one of the ‘five best airlines’ and deemed worthy of the ‘best customer of 2007’ award.
The award was given following assessments made by Romatsa on an annual basis in areas such as customer satisfaction on all flights using its air space. Deemed worthy of the award and of Romatsa’s appreciation for the attention to safety, sensitivity and it demonstrates, Turkish Airlines’ Rumania director Hakkı Burak Topel accepted the award on behalf of the airline.
