Promotion of Stuttgart, city of finance
Turkish Airlines held a meeting at the Istanbul Swissôtel The Bosphorus on 30 May to promote Stuttgart, Germany’s leading city of finance.
At the meeting, in which Die Neue Messe Stuttgart-Stuttgart Fair LMS President Roland Bleiroth, Stuttgart Airport’s person in charge of marketing Ulrike Thomann, and Turkish Airlines’ Vice-President (Commercial) Orhan Sivrikaya took part as speakers, it was pointed out that the Airline has two scheduled passenger and cargo flights a day from Istanbul to Stuttgart, and that these are increased to three on certain days of the week in the summer months and during the high season. It was also announced that direct flights from Stuttgart to Adana, Kayseri and Trabzon would begin in 2008.
