Flights to Batum get under way
On 29 May Turkish Airlines added Batum, one of the major cities of the Republic of Georgia, to its new flight destinations.
The timetable for the flights, which will be in both directions on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, is as follows: Istanbul-Batum on Tuesdays at 7:25 am, and Thursdays and Saturdays at 4:10 pm; Batum-Istanbul on Tuesdays at 11:15 am, and Thursdays and Saturdays at 7:55 pm. For promotional purposes, ticket fares from Turkey have been temporarily set at TL 59 plus tax.
