New appointment to Turkish Airlines board
New board member Muzaffer Akpınar, elected at the General Assembly on 24 April, was introduced to the airline management at a special meeting.
The ceremony, which was attended by the Airline’s Board Chairman Candan Karlıtekin, board members Hamdi Topçu, Atilla Öksüz and Mehmet Büyükekşi, CEO Temel Kotil, and a large number of other high-ranking executives, opened with a ‘welcome’ given by Karlıtekin. Taking the floor after Karlıtekin’s introduction, Muzaffer Akpınar said he was happy to be serving Turkish Airlines.
