Talks get under way on Turkish Airlines-Skytrax cooperation
Turkish Airlines, which aims to improve its service worldwide through its Department of Customer Relations Management, has started negotiations towards a cooperation with the international firm Skytrax, a consultancy company that serves airline passengers and conducts inflight service surveys.
Two of the most respected awards in the aviation sector are given by Skytrax: the ‘World Airline Awards’ and the ‘World Airport Awards’. Within the framework of these efforts, Skytrax CEO Edward Plaisted and Turkish Airlines’ President Temel Kotil have started coming together for bilateral talks.
