Turkish Airlines held a ceremony at the Edirnekapı Cemetery to mark Martyrs’ Day on 18 March.
Soldiers who fell in the Battle of Gallipoli were remembered at the ceremony, which was attended by the governor of Istanbul province, Muammer Güler, the mayor of the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality, Kadir Topbaş, Turkish Airlines President Temel Kotil, Ph.D., and a large number of Airline personnel and other individuals. Following a moment of silence, Turkish Airlines conveyed its condolences to the families of the fallen.
