Cargo agents’ night
Turkish Airlines gives priority to its customers and to meeting their changing expectations in every phase of the service it offers, while at the same time aiming to bring its employees and managers together in customer-oriented service.
To this end, the Airline recently hosted a dinner at the Conrad Hotel for the top thirty cargo agents by sales. Among the invited guests were Turkish Airlines President Temel Kotil, Ph.D., Vice-President Hamdi Topçu, Cargo President Atilla Lise and the cargo agents. Agents’ problems and proposed solutions were taken up at the dinner at which Kotil and Lise were guest speakers. In addition to celebrating with the agents the 75th anniversary of the Airline’s founding and thanking them for their friendship and support over the years, the Airline also presented plaques to the top five agents.
