    • Festival at Mersin

    This year’s 7th annual Mersin International Festival is hosting world-famous artists from countries ranging from Spain to Azerbaijan.

    The events, under artistic director Remzi Buharalı, former director of the State Opera and Ballet, will be staged in historic venues such as Kanlıdivane, the Tarsus Museum of Saint Paul and the Virgin’s Castle, where audiences will have the opportunity to enjoy a variety of music and performances all the way from classical music and dance to a capella chorus and jazz. The ENBE Orchestra will perform at Kanlıdivane, the ancient city of Kanytelleis, on 1 June and the Leipzig String Quartet in the Tarsus Museum of St. Paul on 2 June.
