A historical tour of the Anatolian shore
‘A Historical Tour of Istanbul’s Anatolian Shore', a book by writer and historian-researcher Gönül Halıcı, has appeared with Çimsa sponsorship.
Published in a limited edition, the book examines Turkey’s cultural heritage on Istanbul’s Anatolian shore, which has played host to a number of different cultures. Included in the book, which is chock full of photographs and encyclopedic information, are leading poets, composers and musicians who also made contributions. ‘A Historical Tour of Istanbul’s Anatolian Shore’ is a carefully compiled reference for anyone interested in the city’s rich history and culture.
