Turkish Airlines and Seabus join forces for Istanbul
Turkish Airlines and Istanbul Seabus, Inc. (İDO) have signed a cooperative agreement for 2008 aimed at promoting Istanbul, which is surrounded by water, as the cultural capital of Europe in 2010.
Under the agreement the two firms will share their websites and loyalty programs (Miles&Smiles and Sea&Miles), an implementation already under way by the terms of the agreement. A consensus was also reached on the subject of offering services to enhance customer satisfaction and engaging in joint projects that can benefit both companies.
