‘Traces’ of Ansen

Ansen is putting his signature on an experimental project in his exhibition, ‘The Trace’, which runs through 16 May at Istanbul’s x-ist.

An artist who has broken through familiar boundaries during the production process from his first exhibition up to now, Ansen has brought to painting a new and different definition, far from formalism. Now, at x-ist, he is bringing his fans the experimental projects he has created in an interplay between the various genres of art such as sculpture, photography, cinema and music. The artist appears to have created a unique niche for himself in contemporary art with his new creations in which various everyday materials acquire different functions and give the impression of three dimensions.
