Turkish Airlines Remembers Martyrs’ Day, March 18th
Turkish Airlines held a ceremony at its cemetery in Edirnekapı on Martyrs’ Day, March 18th. All the men and women who have lost their lives for their country were remembered at the ceremony, which was attended by the Governor of Istanbul province, Muammer Güler, the Mayor of the Metropolitan Istanbul Municipality, Kadir Topbaş, the Chief of the Istanbul Police Department, Hüseyin Çapkın, Turkish Airlines’ CEO Temel Kotil and a large number of the airline’s personnel as well as private citizens. Following a moment of silence, Turkish Airlines conveyed its condolences to the families of the fallen.
