Turkish Airlines is Bridge To Japanese Cinema
The year 2010 has been declared Japan Year in Turkey, and Turkish Airlines is sponsoring a Japanese Film Festival, to be held in Istanbul on January 15-17 as part of the festivities. Bringing viewers seven films not previously shown in Turkey, the festival offerings will be shown at Maçka’s Cinebonus G-Mall Theater. Among the films in the festival are Miva Mishikawa’s ‘Dear Doctor’, which attracted notice at the Cannes Film Festival, as well as ‘Wild Cherry Blossoms’, ‘Memories of Tomorrow’, ‘All Around Us’, ‘How to Become Myself’, ‘Yesterday in Hiroshima, Today in Hiroshima’ and ‘The Summit’.
