‘Flying Chef’ Service On Turkish Airlines Planes
A chef is going to be employed on Turkish Airlines ‘First’ and ‘Business’ Class service on the Istanbul-New York route.
The service was introduced with the aim of further developing the catering concept through a customer-oriented approach. Turkish Airlines’ catering company, Turkish Do&Co, has already started the new service on intercontinental flights. Thanks to the catering techniques developed through Turkish Do&Co’s innovative vision, Turkish Airlines is offering examples of world cuisine as well as a rich variety of Turkish dishes. First in Turkey to introduce the ‘Flying Chef’ concept on long haul flights, Turkish Airlines plans to make this previously experimental service permanent.
