An Award To Turkish Airlines From Russia
Turkish Airlines has received the “Golden Horse Carriage” (Zolotaya Kolesnitsa) award, which is the greatest award given in the field of transportation in Russia
In a ceremony which took place at the Kremlin Palace, Mefail Deribaş, Turkish Airlines’ Russia Representative, received the “Golden Horse Carriage” award from Sergey Aristov, Russian Deputy Minister of Transport. Turkish Airlines was introduced in the ceremony as the airline possessing the youngest fleet. Turkish Airlines’ Russian office increased its passenger capacity which was 60 thousand in 2005 to 600 thousand at the end of 2009.
