New Pilots On The Way
Founded in 2005 with three flight instructors, an administrative staff of one, and 2 single-engine planes, the Turkish Airlines Flight Academy graduated another 38 students in the last month. The 118 cadets who have graduated since the Academy’s inception have joined the Turkish Airlines flight staff with the rank of co-pilot. In addition to its 118 flight staff cadets, the academy operates today with 21 flight instructors and administrative personnel, 10 single-engine and 2 double-engine aircraft, and 2 training jets.
