Spanking New Flight Destinations
Turkish Airlines made its first flight to the city of Yanbu in Saudi Arabia on June 11. The new Yanbu flights will be three days a week. Three more flights a week to Kiev from Istanbul Sabiha Gökçen Airport have also been added to the already existing flights to the city from Istanbul Ataturk Airport. The Kiev flights from Sabiha Gökçen got under way on June 19.
Turkish Airlines is continuing to expand with additional flights in July as new destinations, Ulan Bator (Mongolia), Abidjan (Ivory Coast), Aalborg-Billund (Denmark) and Osh (Kyrgystan), are added to the flight network.
Following its flights to London, Manchester and Birmingham, Turkish Airlines has also started flights to the Scottish capital, Edinburgh. The Istanbul-Edinburgh-Istanbul flights will be four days a week, Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, starting from July 16.
