Turkish Airlines held the second of its meetings, “Conversations with the Cognoscenti”, in August on the occasion of Ramadan. Guest at the meeting was the head of the Presidency of Religious Affairs, Prof. Dr. Mehmet Görmez. As well as producing a number of important works both nationally and internationally, Prof. Görmez has also published several book translations. Prof. Görmez, who was appointed to the Presidency of Religious Affairs in 2010, answered the participants’ questions in a pleasant conversation using his deep knowledge.
