The Real Match is Now
In the wake of 2011, Turkish Airlines recently accessed its global success at the 2012 Executive Summit. Present at the summit, held in Antalya January 13-14 based on the slogan, ‘The real match is now’, were the airline’s global executives as well as Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek.
Turkish Airlines’ Board Chairman and Executive Committee Chairman, Hamdi Topçu and CEO, Temel Kotil, Ph.D., who both spoke at the opening, shared the airline’s goals in 2012 and underscored the need to make its success sustainable in line with them.
Finance Minister Mehmet Şimşek for his part alluded to the global success of Turkish Airlines and its importance for the Turkish economy. In one of the summit’s many colorful surprises, all participants donned the red Turkish Airlines’ uniform to draw attention to its emphasis on team spirit.
