Information On The Identity Of The Operating Carrier
If you have made a reservation directly with the Carrier which includes one or more sectors operated by another carrier,you will be advised of the carrier operating the aircraft at the time you make a reservation or where it is not known when you make your reservation,you will be informed as soon as the identity is established.
Regarding a reservation made through a channel which is not under the direct control of the carrier, i.e travel agencies and websites other than the carrier’s own websites,the travel agents and websites’ operators are bound by Art 11 of Regulation (EC) no.2111/2005 to systematically inform our passangers at the time of reservation of the identity of the operating carrier and of each change of the operating carrier respectively.
