Hamdi Topçu

Mr. Topçu was born in Çayeli, Rize in 1964. He graduated from Marmara University Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences in 1986. During the same year Mr. Topçu started working as a financial advisor in Kartal and he took a break in April 2009. Mr. Topçu is married and a father of four children.
