FILMMUSEUM POTSDAM, 24 KILOMETERS SOUTHWEST OF BERLIN, IS HOSTING THE MEISTERWERKE 2 EXHIBITION.
The exhibition features animations of works by the Great Masters of art history made by film school students. The new interpretations enable viewers to see the great masterpieces through a different eye. The works in the exhibition encompass artists from a broad period from Van Eyck to Eric White. Opening on November 11 and running through March 3, 2013, this exhibition is a must-see for anyone traveling to Berlin.

Filmmuseum Potsdam’s permanent exhibition, The Dream Factory - 100 Years of Film in Babelsberg includes props and sets from numerous classic and contemporary films from Fritz Lang’s Metropolis to Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. Upwards of 3,000 films have been shot up at Babelsberg, which is known as the Hollywood of Germany.
