Turkish Airlines launches a Premium Partnership with Germany's Borussia Dortmund Turkish Airlines is proud to announce an agreement with Borussia Dortmund, champion in both the 2010 and 2011 seasons of the the German football Bundesliga, Germany's top league.
On May 2nd 2013, Turkish Airlines and Borussia Dortmund (BVB) will meet to sign a 3-year agreement. It represents a strong commitment for both sides and will involve numerous joint activities and programs. Most importantly, Turkish Airlines will be the airline of choice for all BVB international flights. Turkish Airlines serves twelve German cities with roughly 250 flights a week. Then, from its hub in Istanbul, the airline offers connections that allow the team to travel across the world

Turkish Airlines recorded 1.133 million TL net profit in 2012 Turkish Airlines’ 2012 consolidated financial statements were reported to Istanbul Stock Exchange.
Turkish Airlines’ sales revenue increased by 26 percent to 14,9 billion TL, operating profit increased by 192 percent to 1.048 million and net profit increased from 19 million TL in 2011 TL to 1.133 million TL in 2012.
