Business Class catering services on our domestic routes were completely renewed from 6th July, 2007 and now offer a new menu aerved in porcelain china.  Business Class menus are changed every week so that our frequent travellers have the chance to taste a number of different meals.

Our friendly cabin crew will welcome you on board with a choice of orange juice or sparkling wine.

For flights between 02:00 am and 09:59 am we: serve a hot breakfast menu accompanied by butter, jam, a variety of cheeses and olives, plus fruit salad or yoghurt (alternatively) and a hot breakfast plate.

For flights between 10:00 am and 16:59 pm and 21:00 pm and 01:59 am we:  serve a cold meal menu accompanied by a range of delicatessance products. For flights between 17:00 pm and 20:59 pm we provide a full hot meal service.

A range of delicious desserts, which are selected from Turkish and international kitchens are served during lunch and dinner hours.

All these meals are served with an assortment of warm breads, a large variety of alcoholic drinks and a choice of soft and hot drinks.

Some of the above products are served alternatively, according to the departure time and date of the flights; all are not, therefore, available at the same time on the same flight.
