American Express, VISA, MASTER CARD, JCB, Air Travel Card-UATP-, Prestige, Discover Card. But for online payments only VISA, Euro/ MasterCards and American Express are accepted. VISA, Euro/MasterCard are accepted from Call Center.

All rights of ticket such as travel, reservation, reissuing is only retained by the person which the ticket has been issued for and this right can not be transferred to another person.
For both domestic and international flights, if your ticket is totally unused the period of validity shall be 12 months from the date of issue of your ticket. If your ticket is partly used the period of validity shall be 12 months from the date of commencement of your first flight .
In case of refund request; if you have partly used ticket , it will be refunded within 24 months from the date of commencement of your first flight. If your ticket is totally unused then it will be refunded within 24 months from the date of issue of your ticket.

You can obtain refund of your ticket from travel agency within 30 days, after 30 days you can obtain your refund from Turkish Airlines Sales Offices. If you can not find the branch of the travel agency in the city you want to obtain your refund in, you can obtain refund from Turkish Airlines Sales Office.
It depends on what kind of ticket you have lost.If you have a ticket for an international flight.In order for a replacement ticket to be issued; sufficient information of the lost ticket shall be obtained by the issuing carrier. Necessary investigation shall be conducted to verify that the lost ticket or portion thereof has not been used or previously refunded or replaced free of charge. Lost ticket charge shall be applied as USD 100.00 only for tickets issued in America and Canada.
Where there is insufficient time for lost ticket inquiry and for the issuance of a replacement ticket, you shall be transported by purchasing a new ticket. New ticket shall be refunded 6 months after the completion of the passenger’s journey. EUR 42.00 processing fee shall be charged.
If you have a ticket for domestic flight.In the case of domestic flight tickets loss, you shall be transported by purchasing a new ticket. New ticket shall be refunded 6 months after the completion of the passenger’s journey. EUR 12.00 processing fee shall be charged.
For electronic tickets no lost ticket charge shall be applied. You can either apply to the check-in desks at airport to make check-in or you can obtain a new “passenger itinerary receipt” from our sales offices.
