1.Fares may only be valid for sale in the country where the journey begins, and may differ if purchased elsewhere. Fares may alter according to the season or fare rules. If you wish your ticket to be issued in a country other than the country of departure, you will need to contact your local Turkish Airlines office. Fares for domestic flights shown in New Turkish Liras will only apply for ticket sales made in Turkey.
2.You can book a trip for up to 4 passengers with a maximum of 6 segments on each booking.
3. Rebooking and rerouting are not allowed for the internet bookings. If you wish to rebook or reroute your booking, please contact Internet Sales Service Center, Turkish Airlines Call Center or Turkish Airlines Sales Offices.
4. Total amount of the fare is calculated according to the country of departure.
1. PAYMENT by CREDIT CARD
You can only make two different bookings in the same day with the same credit card. For the security purposes, CVC number (the 3 digits security code of your credit card) will be required during reservation. CVC number is found on the backside of the credit card. It's the last 3 digits placed after the credit card number.
When you approve the ticket purchase, the fare (including taxes and other charges)of your ticket charged to your credit card account. Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
If the credit card holder is not the passenger, you are required to give the credit card holder’s name, surname and e-mail address during booking for security purposes. A confirmation e-mail including booking and payment details will be sent to passenger and credit card holder’s e-mail separately. If necessary, information e-mail(s) regarding cancel/rebooking/rerouting requests will be sent to passenger and credit card holder’s e-mail separately after booking.
If the passenger apply Turkish Airlines Sales Office/counter in order to rebook/cancel/refund a ticket or to check-in for the first flight, credit card holder must be present at the counter with the passenger to show the credit card used for the payment and a valid Identification card or credit card holder shall apply to Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card used for the payment and a valid identification card before the first flight recorded in the PNR.

a) Electronic Ticket
I. Please check the list above for our eligible electronic ticket destinations.
II. If you are booking through our web site between maximum 355 days to at least 3 hours to your first flight and making your payments by using Credit Card or EFT-Money Transfer, your journey is eligible for electronic ticket, your ticket will be issued as an electronic ticket.
III. Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
IV. If the credit card holder is not the passenger, Cancellation/Rebooking/Rerouting requests of the passenger can be realized unless the credit card holder is present with the passenger with his/her credit card (used for the payment) and an identification card or the credit card holder must apply one of the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card.
If the credit card holder is not the passenger, credit card holder must be present with the passenger(s) at the check-in counter with his/her credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card or the credit card holder must apply one of the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card before the first flight.
V. If the credit card used for the payment is a virtual card, please do not forget to bring your credit card to which your virtual card is related.
VI. For Self Check-in, please use the credit card which is used for the payment. Virtual credit cards cannot be accepted for Self Check-in.
Please contact the nearest Turkish Airlines Sales Office (within maximum 7 days from the flight date) to receive e-ticket document which includes electronic ticket information and can also be used as an invoice.
b) Ticket by Mail
I. Delivery expenses will be paid by Turkish Airlines.
II. Reservations and purchase can be made at least 6 days or maximum 355 days prior to departure date.
III. Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
IV. Ticket by mail service is available only for departures out of United Kingdom and United States of America. This will apply for ticket sales made only in the above countries. Your delivery address should be in the originating country and tickets will be delivered only to the credit card holders billing address. A valid ID (passport, driver license or any official ID) must shown by credit card holder's to the courier during delivery. Tickets cannot be delivered to a P.O. BOX
V. The billing address is a compulsory field to fill on the passenger profile page for the journey's starting from United Kingdom and United States of America. In case of the wrong billing address or if the billing and the shipping address' are not in the same country, the tickets will not be posted, reservation will be cancelled and the payment which was made online will be charged back to the registered credit card account. Ticket delivery will be made to the credit card holder. Ticket delivery will not be made to the passenger, if the credit card holder is absent.
VI. If the credit card holder is not the passenger, tickets will be sent to the credit card holder’s address. Credit card holder is responsible to deliver the tickets to passenger(s).
VII.Turkish Airlines shall have no responsibilities, if the ticket can not be delivered to the passenger due to the fault of passenger stating wrong address or wrong name for whom the delivery will be made or in case the credit card holder is not found at the given address
VIII. Cancellation can only be made by Credit Card holder.
IX. For Self Check-in, please use the credit card which is used for the payment. Virtual credit cards cannot be accepted for Self Check-in.
c) Ticket on Departure
I. When reservations and purchases are made between 355 days and 3 hours prior to the departure time, you can pick up your ticket at the airport.
II. Credit card holder whose credit card is used for the payment of the ticket is under no obligation to be passenger.
III. The delivery of TOD (Ticket on Departure) tickets is made at the Turkish Airlines’ sales counters at the airport. (To learn more about which airports are eligible for TOD service, please see the list above.) While applying to the TOD desk, please do not forget to bring your credit card used for the payment and your valid identification card.
If the credit card holder is not the passenger, TOD delivery can be realized unless the credit card holder is present with the passenger with his/her credit card (used for the payment) and an identification card or the credit card holder must apply one of the Turkish Airlines Sales Offices to show the credit card (used for the payment) and his/her valid identification card.
IV. If the credit card used for the payment is a virtual card, please do not forget to bring your credit card to which your virtual card is related.
V. For Self Check-in, please use the credit card which is used for the payment. Virtual credit cards cannot be accepted for Self Check-in.
d) Ticket by Office
I. Reservations can be made between 48 hours and 355 days prior to the first flight. All airports served by Turkish Airlines may be the departure point of your journey. You may buy your ticket from any Turkish Airlines Sales Office.
II. Fares are not guaranteed until you buy your ticket.
III. Fares are valid for the departure country of your journey. If you buy your ticket other than the country of departure, fares may differ according the season and fares notes.
1.Pure domestic reservations booked through our web site can be cancelled via our web site by the passenger, if there is more than 12 hours to flight and unless it’s ticketed To cancel your booking, first click on ‘My Reservations’ on the Online Ticket pages. Your reservation codes will be listed after you login. When you click on the Cancel button in the same page, you will see cancellation terms and conditions. Cancellation is realized when the Cancel button is clicked once again. You will receive a confirmation e-mail from Turkish Airlines regarding your cancellation request.

2.Ticket refunds will only be made by Turkish Airlines' sales offices. Fare may carry a significant penalty for cancellations. According to fare rules refunds may be up to %100 percent of the fare. Ticket refunds can only be made in the country where the ticket is issued.
a) Electronic Ticket Cancellation-Refund
Electronic tickets cancellation, refund, rebooking and rerouting procedures can not be made via our web site. For your cancellation, refund, rebooking and rerouting requests, please contact nearest Turkish Airlines Sales Office with your Ticket Itinerary Receipt (TIR) an acceptable form of identification (Passport, National ID Card or Driving License)
If none of the flight coupons of your ticket are used, you may contact Internet Sales Service Center located on your country of departure to cancel and refund your ticket.
b) Cancellation after Ticketing and Refund / No- Show (Ticket by Mail)
If your booking has not been ticketed yet you can get a full refund to your credit card account that is used for reservation. But if your booking is already ticketed and given to the courier then the fare rules shall apply and in that case you have to go to the nearest Turkish Airlines Sales Offices for cancellation and refunds. The following rules shall apply:
Domestic :
If reservations will be cancelled 12 hours prior to the departure %30 percent of the applicable fare will be charged as a penalty for refunds. No refunds can be made after departure.
International:
Penalty clause of the fare rule shall apply for cancellation/refunds and No-shows.
c) Cancellation after Confirmation and Refund / No- Show (Ticket on Departure)
Before Departure :
For domestic flights, if there is more than 12 hours to first flight, cancellation can be made through our web site and full refund is applicable. If there is less than 12 hours to first flight, cancellation via web site is not allowed and refund will be made according to fare rules.
For international flights; cancellation via web site is not allowed. Penalty clause of the fare rule shall apply for cancellation/refunds.
