Campaign Terms and Conditions

• The collaboration campaign is valid as of June 1, 2026.
• Only active Miles&Smiles members may benefit from the campaign.
• The 100,000 Miles reward is valid for each independent unit / apartment for which the official sales agreement has been completed in the Habitat Dedeman Suites & Residences, Infinity Dedeman Suites & Residences, and Afrodit Wellness Dedeman Suites & Residences projects in Cyprus.
• A Miles&Smiles member may earn a maximum of 500,000 Miles within the scope of the campaign.
• During the sales process, the buyer must officially submit their Miles&Smiles TK number to Dedeman Hospitality sales offices.
• The Miles granted as a gift are classified as “Award Miles” and do not directly affect members’ status upgrades within the Miles&Smiles program and cannot be converted into Status Miles.
• The Miles earned within the scope of the campaign are valid for 3 years from the date they are credited to the member’s account. No rights may be claimed for Miles that are not used within this period.
• The campaign Miles pool is limited. The campaign will end once the pool is depleted.
• The accommodation discount offered to property owners becomes active once Residence Card ownership is registered under Dedeman Loyal Club. The discount privilege will be valid at hotels operating under Dedeman Hospitality that offer availability on the relevant dates.
• The Miles earned will be credited to the member’s account within a maximum of 4 weeks following the official completion of the real estate agreement.
• Dedeman Hospitality reserves the right to terminate the campaign.
• Turkish Airlines and Dedeman Hospitality reserve the right to change the campaign details.
• If the earned Miles are not credited to the member’s account, Dedeman Hospitality must be contacted.
