• To be eligible for this prize draw, customers must be at least 18 years old. (“Eligible Participants” or in the singular, an "Eligible Participant”). To be eligible to claim the prize, participants must be a member of Miles and Smiles or join Miles & Smiles prior to the prize claim process. Please visit turkishairlines.com for further details. • To enter this prize, draw the Eligible Participant must book an Avis rental https://one.avisworld.com/en_GB/ABGMilesandSmiles / https://one.avisworld.com/tr_TR/ABGMilesandSmiles. Participants must complete their rental between the period between 1st October 2025 to 31st December 2025 (the “Offer Period”) and provide contact details (in the form of name and email address) ("Contact Details"). This will automatically submit entry to the draw.  
• Any reservation made in the promotional period that does not result into a completed rental will not be eligible and therefore will not be counted in the prize draw.
• There are twenty individual prize(s) of 50,000 miles to be won.
• All entries to this prize draw must be received by Avis Budget Group by 30th October 2025 23:59 BST. Entries received after the prize draw closing date and time will not be counted. Applicable on Avis rentals only; Budget rentals are not eligible. No bulk or third-party entries will be accepted and only one entry per Eligible Participant is allowed. Proof of delivery is not proof of receipt.
• Twenty winners will be selected at random by Avis under independent supervision in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
• Winners will be selected after the booking period has ended 30th October 2025, at random by 28th November 2025. Each winner will be notified by 5th December 2025 via the Contact Details provided. Rentals which have been booked during the promotional period for rentals to take place between 28th November 2025 and 31st December 2025, will also be included in the draw. After 28th November If a winner is contacted via email, winners must supply their Miles & Smiles membership and confirm their acceptance of the prize in writing by 12th December 2025 (“Claim Period”) by utilising the medium by which they were contacted. If any winner does not claim the prize within the Claim Period, or the prize is declined by any winner, supplementary winners may be drawn from the remaining Eligible Participants' entries at Avis’ discretion and these winners will be sent the relevant notification. The prize of 50,000 miles will be awarded within 4-8 weeks
• Cancelled reservations, no shows and those reservations which do not result into a rental for any other reason will not be eligible to receive the 50,000 miles
• All prizes are not transferable, and no cash or credit alternatives will be offered.  
• If any entries are received from people who are not Eligible Participants, they will not be entered in the draw and no prizes shall be awarded to these Participants.
• Avis Budget Group accept no responsibility for damage or loss resulting from misdirected or incomplete entries arising from the Eligible Participant’s error, computer malfunction, viruses, bugs or telephone malfunction or other such causes.
• Personal data (including, but not limited to, the name of each participant and email address) will be taken where necessary from all entries received and from all participants where such information is given but shall be limited to those details reasonably necessary and solely used for the administration of the competition. This data will be shared with Miles & Smiles for the purposes of operating the prize draw and awarding the prize. The legal basis for processing participants’ personal data is the performance of the current T&Cs, which are provided and accepted by entering the prize draw. Personal data will be limited to details reasonably necessary and will not be used for unrelated purposes without further notice and, where appropriate, additional consent. All personal data will be handled in accordance with the applicable privacy policies of the relevant parties
• By entering the prize draw, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal data may be processed by these parties strictly for the purposes described above. Where imposing such condition is legal, participation in the competition constitutes the winner’s consent to Miles & Smiles and Avis Budget Group and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions and/or hometown and county, for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
• Miles & Smiles and Avis’ decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into. Avis Budget Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel or amend without notice the terms of this promotion in the event of major catastrophe, war, strike, earthquake or any actual or anticipated or alleged breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other circumstance beyond its control.
• Avis Budget Group reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify or terminate any prize won by any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or the operation of the event, or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions or any promotion related to the event. Any attempt by any person to deliberately undermine the legitimate operation of the competition may be a violation of criminal and civil law, and, should such an attempt be made, Avis Budget Group reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law.
• Avis Budget Group and Miles and Smiles failure to enforce any term of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
• Except as otherwise expressly set out in these Terms and Conditions, Avis Budget Group and Miles and Smiles and its affiliates shall not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of their respective obligations that are caused by events outside of their reasonable control. Avis Budget Group and its affiliates total liability for all claims arising out of or in connection with an entry into the competition by an Eligible Participants shall be limited to the value of the prizes won by the Eligible Participant. Avis Budget Group and its affiliates shall not be liable under or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or otherwise in relation to the competition for any special, indirect or consequential losses incurred by an Eligible Participant.
• These Terms and Conditions apply to every Eligible Participant entering the competition with no exceptions.
• If any of these Terms and Conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remainder of these Terms and Conditions shall remain valid and enforceable.
• Promotional materials form part of these terms and conditions. These Terms and Conditions will prevail in the event of any conflict between these and the promotional materials.
• This competition is governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
• The Eligible Participant must meet standard Avis age, driver and credit requirements.
