• The promo code is generated through the Turkish Airlines mobile app.
• The campaign is exclusively for Turkish Airlines Youth Club members; each member can benefit only once from the campaign.
• Turkish Airlines A.O. is the sole contact for all matters related to the distribution of promotional codes.
• The promo code is only valid for bus tickets purchased by registered members via the Obilet mobile app and paid for at the time of purchase. It is not valid for tickets sold with deferred or post-payment options.
• The promotional code must be entered in the “Promotional Code” field on the payment screen after logging into your membership account via the Obilet mobile app. The code must be used during the purchase process; it cannot be entered after the purchase is completed.
• The promotional code is not valid for tickets issued by the Metro Turizm and BBBus bus companies.
• The promo code is valid only for transactions made by Turkish Airlines Young Club members in their own name and using their own accounts.
• No changes should be made to tickets purchased using the promo code. If tickets bought with a promo code are cancelled, changed, or subjected to similar operations, the discount amount will not be refunded, and the campaign does not grant any vested rights.
• The companies providing the services reserve their own rules and conditions regarding the service. Obilet or Turkish Airlines cannot be held responsible for any issues arising due to these companies or for any circumstances that are legally the responsibility of these companies.
• Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. and Turkish Airlines A.O. reserve all rights for any damages and losses that may arise from usage contrary to the legislation and these terms and conditions, or from failure to comply with the terms and conditions.
• Obilet Bilişim Sistemleri A.Ş. and Turkish Airlines A.O. reserve the right to unilaterally change, terminate, or suspend the scope, duration, and conditions of the coupon code without prior notice, based on a joint decision.
