  1. The offer is valid for tickets issued between 11/06/2024 -31/07/2024, with travel dates between 11/06/2024 – 30/11/2024.
  2. Within the scope of the campaign, will be provided on all award tickets issued as one-way or round-trip Business or Economy class on all our destinations departing from and arriving in Baku- except Turkey.
  3. For award tickets issued within the campaign, reservation changes are only allowed for the same tracks, taking into account the ticketing date 11/06/2024- 31/07/2024 and travel date 11/06/2024-30/11/2024.
  4. Miles can be refunded within 1 year of the date of issue. Refunding Miles, changes to reservations and routes are subject to additional fees.
  5. Miles&Smiles Award Ticket rules apply within the scope of the special offer.
  6. Ticketing and travelling periods start and end according to the local time in Turkey.
  7. All taxes will be charged.
