Every Bakcell subscriber earns miles according to charges from own balance to used mobile communication services during a month. 

• 2 Miles for each 1 AZN spent countrywide 
• 3 Miles for each 1 AZN spent in roaming 

To earn miles, SMS your Miles&Smiles member ID to 5555 (SMS is for free) or submit your member ID with your Bakcell mobile number www.ulduzum.az/en/traveller-register on webpage.

Terms and conditions

• Earned Miles will be added to your account till 28th day of the next month. 
• Spent amount will be rounded down to whole number (ex. 3.35 AZN ~ 3 AZN, 33.85 ~ 33 AZN, etc.) 
• Miles will be earned in accordance to spent funds from balance of subscriber. 
• All questions about miles should be addressed to Turkish Airlines Miles&Smiles program. 
• Micropayments (topaz, UNEC, etc.) are not applicable for this service.
